Type-II Sulfuric Anodizing and full metal finishing services for aluminum products from a facility with over 100 years of combined team experience.
Most anodizing shops will tell you what they can do. Here's what makes O-Flex Metal Finishing different: we're one of only a few facilities in the country performing Type II Sulfuric Anodizing at this level — and we meet OEM surface requirements without a topcoat.
Eliminating the topcoat means fewer steps, lower cost, faster turnaround, and one less process variable to manage. It's a better outcome with less complexity, made possible by a proprietary process we've developed and refined over years of OEM program work. Our Clanton, Alabama facility operates large-tank capacity — 104" x 28" x 83" — with custom racks built on-site to handle parts other shops turn away. If the part is big, complex, or demands a finish that the standard shop can't hold, we can handle it.
